Terms of Service

Effective September 1, 2026

AutoGem is a Chrome extension that automates image-generation tasks in Gemini, ChatGPT, and Grok. These terms cover the extension and your AutoGem account. AutoGem is free; there is no paid plan.

The Service

AutoGem lets you queue prompts, run them against a supported AI service you are signed in to, and save the generated images. The extension works alongside the AI service's own website and does not replace it.

Acceptable Use

Your Content

You keep ownership of the prompts, reference images, and generated images you create with AutoGem. Your rights in generated output are governed by the terms of the AI service that produced it. AutoGem claims no ownership of your content and only processes it to run your tasks, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

AutoGem depends on third-party services it does not control: the AI services it automates, Google sign-in, our backend and billing partners, and the Chrome browser. When those services change, automation features may slow down or stop working until AutoGem is updated. We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms.

Availability and Changes

AutoGem is provided as-is and as-available. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or discontinue the service. If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date and, where practical, disclose the changes in the extension or on this site before they take effect. Continuing to use AutoGem after that means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoGem is provided without warranties of any kind, and AutoGem's developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits or data, or the cost of substitute services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using AutoGem at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
